2 – 11×400 @ 8mph w/ 2-min recovery
5 – 4-mile run outside (38 minutes!)
6 – (ran 1.5 miles with office PT)
7 – 6-mile long run (moved to 9th)
9 – ran to PT in 26:00, did strength training & wallyball, then ran home in 26:00 (5.25+ miles)
11 – 4-mile run outside
13 – Spring 5K
16 – ran to PT in 25:00, did strength training, then ran home in 26:00 (5.25+ miles)
17 – 8×400 @ 8mph w/ 2-min recovery
19 – 4-mile run outside
22 – 4-mile run
23 – 2-mile run
24 – 8×400 @ 8mph w/ 2-min recovery
25 – 4-mile run outside
26 – 1.5 mile race at work against Capt Tony Ghiotto (of the Chicago Ghiottos) and Capt Rob Stuart
27 – 4-mile run outside
28 – 6-mile long run
30 – 4-mile run
